Angel Beebylon Beer Gnome Black Parrot
Angel
This is a quick sketch of an angel, done as more of a symbol than realistic.

Tower of Beebylon
The name is pretty much explanatory. Quick drawing of a beehive in the ground as a spiraling tower of mud.

Beer Gnome
A drawing of a gnome with a keg and a mug of beer. Inspired by one of the garden gnomes my wife and I bought in Europe last year.
Black Parrot
My wife and I have a little Senegal parrot that is about 9 months old. As such I've been drawing quite a few parrots recently and this is one of those drawings.
Card Guard City Clown Girl Combat Dalek
Card Guard
I don't know when I drew this, I call it the Card Guard because it reminds me of the Card Guards for some reason in American McGee's Alice.
City
A quick sketch of a city, done at the same time as the Angel drawing.
Clown Girl
A little girl dressed as a clown. I understand the collar on her outfit, and the tutu, but I still don't know why I drew the furry leggings or pants and gave her the shoes that I did.
Combat Dalek Sketch
The Combat Dalek used in Episodes 4,5, and 6 of the Mr. Bun comic was done from this original sketch of mine. Originally the Dalek had wheels as evidenced in this sketch, but when I did the 3D model I opted for force fields as the method of propulsion and support.
Dino-Bird Dischord Dungeon Monster Fairy Creature
Dino-Bird
I have always enjoyed drawing birds. This is a strange and almost pre-historic bird character I drew in late 2003.
Dischord
This is a design sketch for a three stringed guitar I wanted to build. It's called Dischord because that's what Phil called the actual guitar (after it was built) when I brought it to a LRSFS meeting one night. It looks very close to the design sketch.
Dungeon Monster
This is a drawing of a Dungeon Monster I made one weekend at ROC*KON. The general idea was that this creature tasted the walls of the dungeon for scent or taste, and would scoop up anything edible off the floor to eat. In the event of danger it would spray it's partially digested food out the top of it's head. (Gross eh?)
Fairy Creature
A really strange fairy creature I came up with. He's got four arms, two sets of wings, and two legs with four sub-legs each. Why? I donno. I have gotten really into drawing weird stuff over the years.
Game Map Gothic Wildchick Jesus Kansas Tornado
Game Map
When I was in High School and College a friend of mine and I worked on some computer games together. This is a drawing of a gameworld for a game I had conceived. I actually did a version of the map on my Amiga which showed this map by day, and by night.
Gothic Wildchick
I was just playing around with a sketchpad and she appeared (hah). I think she's got a great crazed look on her face.
Jesus
This is a drawing from college. The name is pretty much explanatory of what this is. I think it's a very nice drawing. This drawing was like the Gothic Wildchick most of the time I just put pen to paper and the drawing comes out without any predetermined ideas or plans.
Kansas Tornado
Really weird montage drawing of a tornado, roads, and houses. Not sure why I drew this, or the mood I was in. Originally on notebook paper... but I dropped the blue lines (not the red) for the gallery.
Mage Medieval King Medieval Woman Mmmmm... Taters...
Mage
This drawing was done at the same time as the Clown Girl. It's a mage basically, with belt pouches, a cloak, and checked pants. He's got some really weird hands.
Medieval King
Drawing from college originally done for a design project for a poster of the 'Scottish Play'.
Medieval Woman
Drawing from High School of a medieval woman.
Mmmmm... Taterssss...
This is a drawing from a meeting I was in that was particularly boring.
Old One Outsourcing Parrot Pressure Suit
Old One
I've read alot of H.P. Lovecraft in the past, this drawing of mine reminds me of his work somehow.

Outsourcing
Outsourcing is a hot topic and has been in the last couple of years. I work in IT and I know alot of IT jobs (ALOT) as well as Customer Service, Medical, etc.. jobs are going to India, the Philippines, and other places these days.

I drew this in December of 2003, the thought hit me.. What if Santa outsourced his work and laid off his elves... He'd send the work to the South Pole of course because Penguins work cheaper than elves.

Parrot
Another parrot drawing inspired by our little Senegal.
Pressure Suit
Unfinished drawing of a guy in a particularly different pressure suit/armored suit.
SCSI Creature Skeletal Marionette Smooth Piggie Sunflower Droid

SCSI Creature
This is something I drew after I graduated from college. It's called the SCSI creature because it's made up primarily of a SCSI cable.. and some coax network cables.

It's spewing onions and some sort of nasty goo out of it (which I imagine would be a tinge of brown BTW). Yeah I know.. Gross again!

Skeletal Marionette
A quick sketch of a skeletal puppet, done at the same time as the Angel drawing.
Smooth Piggie
Another drawing from a particularly boring meeting I was in.
Sunflower Droid
With all the probes going to Mars I drew this a while back, it's sort of a robot/probe type of thing. I imagine the 'flower' part would follow or track the sun.
Winerack Watchers Villager Wheelbarrow
Winerack
Basic sketch of a colorful winerack design I came up with.
Watchers
Drawing from around the same time period as the Dungeon Monster. There are alot of birds, fish, a dog, and person hidden in this.
Villager
This is a villager, with torch and bucket in hand. He's ready to tackle a monster, or to douse a witch! Just a character sketch.
Wheelbarrow
I just started drawing garden carts and wheelbarrows one day, and this is the best of the lot.
Rat Morticia - Gothic Chick Lander Far Biplane
Rat
Quick (and small) sketch of a ratlike creature.
Morticia - Gothic Chick
Another character sketch just for fun, she's got a bizarre look on her face I guess. I love the hair.
Lander
A real, conventional space probe. Drawn after reading about something to do with Mar's and the Viking probes.
Fat Biplane
This biplane was designed for Mr. Bun, originally I thought about sticking him in a plane when I built the first 3D model of him and thought about doing some animations. Later on I settled on just doing illustrations with him, so I never did anything with this further. It's a nice little far biplane.
Thuluish Combat Dalek Arm Whimple Candybar
Thuluish
Strange creature, like something you'd encounter in a game of Call of Cthulhu.
Combat Dalek Arm Sketch
Robotic Arm for the Combat Dalek. The reason for this design was that in Dr. Who the Daleks had a claw arm, a toilet plunger arm, and a gunstick. I wanted the Combat Dalek to have an arm that extended, and that had a larger range of motion, as well as more uses.
Whimple
Just a drawing of a Whimple. A little three-legged catlike creature with very sharp teeth, pig-like nose, and black eyes.
Candybar
A strange little creature that reminds me of a candybar because of the flat body. It's got aspects of a scorpion (the curving tail), a sea creature (the eye stalks and gill like breathing slits on the sides), yet has nostrils, and feet.
